We’re hiring a Interior Design Assistant who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and jump into new home design projects in Chattanooga’s most stunning communities. You’ll work alongside our award-winning design team, help bring beautiful homes to life, and gain real-world experience in client presentations and project coordination in a dynamic, team-driven setting. What You’ll Do Update templates and maintain project documentation Take detailed notes and track selections during design meetings Format presentations and spreadsheets for client meetings and internal use Import and verify selections from design meetings Perform selection checklists on approved selections Assist Interior Designers before, during, and after client meetings Correspond professionally with clients Design spec homes as needed following provided guidelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a construction or design environment Tech-savvy with a self-starter mindset — quick to adapt and willing to explore new tools and techniques Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects Strong written and verbal communication — collaborative and client-facing Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Acrobat, Google Slides, and Google Sheets What We Offer Competitive Pay Company-sponsored vacations for team-building and relaxation Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match In-office role with flexibility to work remotely A close-knit, creative team where your contributions are visible, valued, and impactful Location & Travel This is a Chattanooga-based role. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate.
