Sales Call Center Agent (Italian-speaking) – join a dynamic team at Neo Group on behalf of a partner. This role focuses on engaging customers to introduce and explain products and services, with a commitment to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through phone, email, or chat to introduce and passionately explain cutting-edge products and services.
• Understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring recommendations to create personalized solutions.
• Close deals by providing accurate information, pricing, and ensuring interactions move toward hitting and surpassing sales targets.
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay ahead of the game with up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends to handle customer queries or objections.
• Team up for success by collaborating with teammates to achieve sales goals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections
